Purple Pals is a group for women aged 55 and over who find it more challenging in later years to make friends and socialise because of a lifetime of complex personal relationships.
Beth and Sue facilitate Purple Pals and meet fortnightly at Barnstaple Library for a couple of hours.
Beth is happy to meet people outside and have a one-to-one coffee beforehand to break the ice.
