The Wellbeing Club is a community support group organised by the practice for the patients of the surgery. The club is a relaxed and informal event held in the afternoon on a quarterly basis throughout the year, normally at St Peter’s Church Hall in Fremington.
Each club focuses on a different subject relating to health and wellbeing. Previous topics include ‘Live Wise – Age Well’, Dementia, ‘All about Antibiotics’ and A Healthy Christmas. Each club hosts experts and speakers from various organisations relating to the subject including doctors, nurses, pharmacists and community group members.
There is an opportunity to meet, chat and ask questions from the speakers at the club as well as meet and mingle with other members of the local Fremington community. All patients and carers are invited so please do come along and join us!
