Let the practice know your views.

We may not always get it right all the time, so we appreciate feedback both positive and constructive.  This allows us to give positive feedback to staff where appropriate and to look at areas that we need to improve.

You can give us feedback by talking to any member of staff, completing the ‘Comments Form’ section on our downloadable Complaints & Comments practice leaflet below, speaking or writing to the practice manager or by submitting comments via our online form.

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 3 working days.

We take complaints very seriously. If you need to make a complaint about the surgery or the services we offer, please contact the Practice Manager by telephone or, if you prefer, in writing. We will answer your concerns as soon as possible.
