If you are going to university, you can remain registered as a patient with us at Fremington Medical Centre.
This will let you carry on ordering any repeat medication that you might take and have them sent to a pharmacy nearer to you. It also retains continuity as you will still be able to book routine consultations with your registered GP.
If you require any immediate treatment, you can temporarily register with a GP practice nearer to your university, this will allow you to be seen in person while keeping Fremington as your main GP surgery.
