New Patient Registration

We are extremely happy to receive new patient registrations from patients living within the practice boundaries, which lie between the Barnstaple and Bideford Bridges, and approximately three miles inland from the coastline within this area. This includes most postcodes starting with EX31 2, EX31 3, EX32 0 & EX39 4. If you are located on the edge of our practice boundary and are unsure if your postcode is included, please check here.

When you register, you will have a named, accountable doctor who is responsible for coordinating your care. You can still talk to or make appointments to see any of our doctors or nurses, not just your named GP but he/she is your first option when requesting a consultation.
