We are aware of the upcoming roadworks that will affect many of our patients and staff and we understand that they are likely going to cause significant traffic issues and longer journey times.
We would like to remind our patients that if you do have an appointment booked with us during this time, to allow additional time for your journey. The roads will be busy. Our ‘Did Not Attend’ (DNA) policy will remain unchanged throughout the roadworks, so if you do arrive too late for your appointment, then our clinician will be unable to see you and your appointment will need to be rebooked. Arriving late can impact on other patients.
During the roadworks, we will try to offer more telephone appointments if clinically appropriate.
We appreciate how frustrating the roadworks will be but we do ask patients to allow extra time for their journey to the practice. Thank you for your understanding.
