We are aware that during the current roadworks that many of our patients and staff will be affected, and we understand that they are likely going to cause traffic issues and longer journey times.
We would like to remind our patients that if you do have an appointment booked with us during this time, to allow additional time for your journey. Our ‘Did Not Attend’ (DNA) policy will remain unchanged throughout the roadworks, so if you do arrive too late for your appointment, then our clinician will be unable to see you and your appointment will need to be rebooked. Arriving late can also have an impact on other patients.
During the roadworks we will try to offer more telephone appointments if clinically appropriate.
We appreciate how frustrating the roadworks will be but we do ask patients to allow extra time for their journey to the practice. Thank you for your understanding.
