New Patient Registration

We are extremely happy to receive new patient registrations from patients living within the practice boundary. If you are located on the edge of our practice boundary and are unsure if your postcode is included, please check here. If you do not live within our practice boundary, please see our Out of Area Registrations page below for more details.

When you register, you will be registered with the GP who is ‘taking on’ in that month. This will be your named, accountable doctor who is responsible for coordinating your care. You can still talk to or make appointments to see any of our doctors or nurses, not just your named GP but he/she is your first option when requesting a consultation.

If you would like to find out more information before you register, please download our practice leaflet or visit the NHS website.
